Returns & exchanges

First of all, we want to thank you for choosing to buy Torplyktan's products. Our aim is for you to be more than satisfied with your purchase, but if for some reason you are not completely satisfied, you have the opportunity to exchange or return your products.

Right of withdrawal

The full right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days from when you receive your purchase. For a return, the product must be in unused condition and returned in the original packaging. Unused condition means that the product has not been tested, is whole and clean and in saleable new condition. Always send the item together with a receipt, invoice or order confirmation and state the reason for the return.

If the return is approved, we will refund the amount of the return or the full amount of the order. If you have paid via your online bank or Swish, we need the account number to be able to refund the order. In all other cases, we automatically refund to the account used in connection with the purchase. The customer is responsible for return postage.

Bytes

Torplyktan offers a 30-day exchange right on goods in unused condition. The exchange right applies, for example, when changing the fragrance. Email customer service at info@torplyktan.com or call to get help finding the right product for you. You as a customer are responsible for return postage.

Complaints

The complaint applies to goods within 30 days of purchase. Complaints apply, for example, to manufacturing defects. Email our customer service info@torplyktan.com for complaints before sending the return. If the complaint is approved, we will refund the amount for the return or the entire order amount and pay for the return postage.

Invalid returns

If you are unsure whether you are entitled to an exchange or a return, please contact our customer service info@torplyktan.comInvalidreturns will be sent back to the customer with an advance payment of the postage costs.

Cost of unclaimed parcels

If you change your mind before you receive your package, you should still collect your package and send it back to us. We charge an administrative fee of SEK 250 for uncollected packages. The reason is that we, as the sender of a package that has not been collected, become liable for payment to the agent and it is logistically problematic and time consuming.
