Conditions of purchase

1. purchase

When ordering, a purchase agreement is only made when Torplyktan has confirmed the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation is sent no later than 24 hours after the order is received by Torplyktan. If the delivery time is changed in the order, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. You always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge until the goods are sent. Torplyktan has the right of ownership and repossession of all products until full payment has been received from the customer. To shop with us, you must be 18 years old and Torplyktan must be able to determine the customer's residential address.

2. prices

Prices include VAT at 25%.

3. shipping

A shipping cost of SEK 49 will be added to orders under SEK 500 within Sweden. Orders over SEK 500 are free of charge.

4. Payment options/payment terms

4.1 Card payment

You can pay with all major credit cards and our partner PayPal makes your payment safe and easy.

4.2 Direct payment via your PayPal account

Enter your email address and your PayPal password to confirm your payment.

5. Deliveries

Orders placed before 12:00 on a weekday will be processed on the same day and will normally be delivered within 1-3 working days.

We reserve the right to sell out of all stock items before we have time to update the website, in which case we will inform customers of the estimated delivery time. The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge if the item is not in stock. The packages are delivered by Posten or another carrier to the delivery point or sent by mail.

6. transportation

Torplyktan is responsible for transportation to you as a customer. You and the transport company bear the risk of any return to us.

7. Damaged goods

When you receive your goods, it is important that you check your order immediately. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible by email to info@torplyktan.com.

8. right of withdrawal and open purchase

Under the Distance Contracts Act, private customers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. When using the right of withdrawal / open purchase, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.

As a customer with us, Torplyktan also offers a right of exchange within 30 days of ordering the product. This only applies to unused products.

9. complaints

If you want to claim a damaged or faulty product, please contact us by email for further instructions. Please notify us by email info@torplyktan.com before sending anything. Include the invoice/receipt so that we can identify the return and remember that you are responsible for shipping to us.

In the event of a dispute, we always follow ARN's recommendations.

10. Refunds

Refunds are made via PayPal. The amount is always refunded to the same account used for the purchase and as soon as possible after we have received and approved the return.

11. Reservations

We reserve the right to make changes to prices due to major price discrepancies from our suppliers, typographical errors or other errors beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events under Force Majeur below.

12. Protection of personal data

In connection with registration and ordering, you agree that we store and use your information in our business only for the purpose of completing and providing the service you expect from us. According to PUL (Personal Data Act), you have the right to receive the information we have registered on you and if you consider it to be incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer register. In this case, contact our customer service at info@torplyktan.com We also assure you that we will not sell or transfer any personal data (see our privacy policy).

13. unclaimed package

If your parcel arrives at a delivery point, you will be notified by email or text message. As a customer, you are responsible for the accuracy of the mobile number, address and email address you provide. If you do not pick up your package, you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK 250.

14. Force Majeure

In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action on the labor market, decisions by the authorities and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably be foreseen, and which affect agreements entered into and commitments made by us, which means that we cannot keep the said agreement/commitment, shall constitute grounds for releasing us from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
