1. Purchases

When ordering from Torplyktan online, purchases will be confirmed through and order confirmation. An order confirmation will be sent within 24 hours after Torplyktan receives the order. If terms of the order’s delivery are changed, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. You always have the right to cancel the purchase without charge until the orders are sent. Torplyktan has ownership and withdrawal rights to all products until full payment has been received from the customer. In order to shop with us, you must be 18 years or older and Torplyktan must be able to determine your home address.

2. Prices

The prices include 25% VAT.

3. Shipping

A shipping charge of 49 SEK will be added to orders under 400 SEK in Sweden. Orders of at least 400 SEK will have free shipping.

4. Payment options / payment terms

4.1 Payment

You can pay with all major cards and our partner PayPal ensures that your payment is processed safely and with ease.

4.2 Direct payment through your PayPal account

Enter your email address and PayPal password to confirm your payment.

5. Deliveries

Orders made before 12.00P on a non-holiday weekday are processed the same day and are normally shipped within 1-3 working days.
Items may be out-of-stock before we can update the site. If an ordered item is out-of-stock, we will inform customers about the estimated delivery time adjusted for restocking the items. The customer has the right to cancel the purchase without charge, unless the item is in stock. Mail or another carrier for delivery delivers the packages.

6. Transport

Torplyktan is responsible for transportation of orders to our customers. The customer and transportation company is responsible for returning items us, including any associated risks.

7. Damaged goods

When you receive your order, it is important that you check it immediately. If you have received faulty or damaged goods, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail info@torplyktan.com.

8. Right of withdrawal and return policy

Private customers, under the Distance Contracts, are entitled to 14 days. This means that you, the customer, have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the goods. Returned items must be unused and in the original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawal/return of goods, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Torplyktan customers are also entitled to an exchange within 30 days from the time you ordered the goods. This only applies to unused products.

9. Returns

If you wish to complain about a damaged or defective product, please contact us via email for further instructions. Notify us via email info@torplyktan.com before returning anything. Include the invoice/receipt with returned item(s) so that we can identify the return. Customers are are responsible for shipping returned items to us.  
In case of conflict, we always follow ARN’s recommendations.

10. Repayments

Repayment is made through PayPal. The amount refunded will always be sent to the same account used for the purchase as soon as we have received and accepted the return.

11. Reservation

We reserve the right to change prices caused by large price deviations from our suppliers, typos or other errors that are beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events during the Force Majeure. below.

12. Protection of personal data

When you register or order the Torplyktan website you agree that we will store and use your information for our business only, in order to complete and provide the service that you expect from us. According to the Personal Data Act (Data Protection Act) you have the right to get the information we have stored about you and if you think it is incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer database. If so, contact our customer service e-mail info@torplyktan.com. We will not sell or transfer any personal information (see our privacy policy).

13. Abandoned package

If your package arrives at a delivery point a notification via email or text will be sent to you. You, the customer are responsible for ensuring that the mobile phone number, address and email address you provided to us is correct. If you do not pick up your package, you will be charged an administrative fee of 250 SEK.

14. Force Majeure

In the event of war, natural disaster, strikes, government decisions and similar events beyond our control, which are not reasonably foreseeable, and affects the contractual agreements and pledges from our side, meaning that we can not keep the agreement/pledge, this shall constitute the basis that we are released from our obligations to fulfill that contract.
